Pros
- A Guarantee With Teeth: The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee lets you choose a reprint or a refund within 30 days of delivery, with no reason required and a photo usually enough.
- Deep Everyday Discounts: During the running sales, hardcover and layflat photo books start from $9.99, photo blankets from $12.95 and framed canvas prints from $24.69.
- Printed in the USA: Orders are produced in one to three business days, then ship in four to eight on Economy, with Expedited and Rush options down to one or two days.
Cons
- Sale prices are the norm here and refunds are based on what you actually paid, so treat the headline list prices as a reference point and order while a sitewide code is running.
- Busy seasons stretch delivery and support replies, so order gifts a few weeks ahead and keep your order number handy — parcels not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch qualify for a reprint or refund.
The Verdict
What sets PrinterPix apart is a no-questions reprint-or-refund guarantee on personalised gifts sold at steep everyday discounts: PrinterPix sells photo books, photo blankets, canvas, metal and framed prints and personalised gifts, printed in the USA by Treasured Photo Gifts, LLC of Lake Mary, Florida, part of a group with offices in the UK, US and India. Its photo books run from softcover to custom layflat and acrylic covers in sizes from 8×6 to 16×12 inches, up to 200 pages in hardcover and 150 in custom layflat, and its blankets come in fleece, plush fleece, sherpa and woven cotton up to 96 by 120 inches. The standout is the guarantee: within 30 days of delivery you choose a reprint or a refund, with no reason required and, usually, just a photo. Prices are built around promotions. Hardcover, softcover and custom layflat photo books start from $9.99 against a $19.95 list, the Luxury Layflat with full fabric cover from $59.99, photo blankets from $12.95, canvas prints from $5.99, framed canvas from $24.69 and metal prints from $19.99, with the current Fall2026 code taking up to 60% off. Because prices move with each campaign, the checkout total after the code is the figure to compare. Production takes one to three business days; Economy delivery runs four to eight business days, Standard three to seven, Expedited two to three and Rush one to two. The reservations deserve a clear look. List prices sit well above what customers typically pay, and refunds are based on the amount actually paid after discounts. Order files are kept for six months, low-resolution images flagged in the editor print at your own risk, and US disputes go to binding arbitration. The volume of feedback is large and divided: Trustpilot shows 2.9 across 24,619 reviews, 59% five-star and 26% one-star, with delivery and customer service the recurring themes, and BBB rates the operating company F, with 175 complaints over three years. Made for gift buyers who want photo books, blankets or canvas at sale prices: the 30-day guarantee gives a clear path if a print misses. The Fall2026 code is running now, so order well before a deadline, use high-resolution photos, and shop now.

About this review
How this was written, who paid for what, and how the verdict stays independent.
Is this PrinterPix review sponsored?
No. PrinterPix did not pay for this write-up, see it before publication, or have any say in the verdict. If we earn anything it is a commission after you buy, and it comes out of the merchant’s margin rather than your price.
How was the PrinterPix assessed?
By using it and by checking the claims made about it against what it actually does. Where our time with something has been limited, the review says so rather than implying more testing than happened.
What else have you reviewed in Media & Entertainment?
Everything in Media & Entertainment sits in the review library, where you can filter by budget and sort by rating, price or how recently it landed.
Do you update reviews after publishing?
Yes — when a product changes, when a price moves for good, or when we get something wrong. Corrections are made on the piece itself with a note saying what changed.
